Late Appointments:

In the case of client tardiness, appointments will likely still end at their usual time. This is out of respect for the practitioner’s time and schedule needs.

Cancellation:

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged half price.

Injuries and Illness:

Clients / Students may in some cases be asked to seek medical consent from their doctor or physical therapist before receiving yoga instruction or massage therapy.

Please reschedule or cancel your appointment if you are feeling sick.

Minors:

All minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. In the case of massage therapy, the parent must be present inside of the office at the time of the session.

Service Animals:

Local laws guarantee that service animals may of course accompany you. If possible, advanced notice would be greatly appreciated.

Gratuity:

A gratuity of 18-25% is standard in the service industry. Gratuity is always appreciated from those who can afford it, but it is not required.

Gifts:

The best way to gift services with Imaginal Healing Arts is through a gift certificate, so the recipient can choose the time and date themselves.
